Acceptance of Membership Terms and Conditions

By choosing to register you will be deemed to have consented to these Membership Terms and
Conditions.
We reserve the right to change or update these Membership Terms and Conditions
Any revisions to these Membership Terms and Conditions will be placed on this page and a notice
placed on the RAVENZRADIO Website.

Password Member Name and Security

Upon registration as a Member, You will select a Password and Member Name that You can use to
access Your Member Account to log on to the Shoutbox Members'
area of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Password and are responsible for all
activities that occur under them.
We do not have the means to check the identity of people using the Shoutbox' area and will not be
liable where Your Password or Member Name are used by someone else.
You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Password or Member Name or
any other breach of security of which You become aware.

Communication to this website has to be written in English

Treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself

All requests to ravenz be made through the s/box and not by messenger

No bombarding the DJ through messenger

Conversations with DJ's through messenger only if the DJ says yes

No person DJ or member can monopolize any part of the site for their own use

Anything that leads to download links at other web sites will not be tolerated.

Say or do anything that would cause annoyance, inconvenience, harassment or needless
Anxiety to others;

Advertise or promote third party or your own products or services including by way of the
distribution of 'spam' mail;

Use foul, threatening or offensive language including, without limitation, racist, sexist, against,
homophobic or sexually explicit language where inappropriate;

Make insulting remarks to or about other Members ("flaming");

Distribute illegal, copyright infringing, indecent or offensive material or any messages or content
that may incite disorder or encourage illegal activities or that causes or may cause harm to minors;

Posting links to other sites that have links posted explicitly or displayed
in any other fashion is strictly forbidden.

Impersonate another person or Member;

Any Shoutbox Moderator reserves the right to delete any comment without
notice and justification.

Any disrespect to a Shoutbox Moderator will result in the user ban.

Using the same name (or very similar) as any ravenz Team Member is not
allowed and will most likely result in that user name being removed.

If it will come to our attention that the same ban users are posting under
different names, we will seek further action against them.

Access or attempt to access the accounts of other Members or to penetrate or attempt to
penetrate the Site security measures;

We may take any or all of the following action at Our discretion:
remove any Member account or other material that, in Our sole discretion may be inappropriate
or We suspect to be illegal, subject Us to liability or which may violate these Membership Terms
and Conditions or where required to do so by law;

Issue Members with verbal or written warnings and may take such further action as We deem
appropriate if such warnings are not heeded;

Suspend or terminate a Member's access to the Members' area of the Site or a Member's Account
without notice at any time;

Inform the appropriate authorities and provide them with information regarding any suspected

Illegal activity; or Cancellation

Your Membership account commences immediately when You submit Your registration, This means
that, subject always to Your right to terminate as set out below, You will not be able to cancel the
services after this point.

We reserve the right to edit any part of ravenzradio without notice or justification (including the
Rules).

Any subject not included at these Rules will be discussed by ravenz Team in due time.

Exceptions to the Rules in very specific cases are possible but only after Team discussion and
consequent approval.

Termination of Membership

You can terminate Your Membership at any time by notifying Us at support Complaints and
Feedback
If You have any complaints about another Member or any aspect of the Shoutbox or if You have
any questions or would otherwise like to provide any other
feedback, then You can contact Us by emailing: Complaints Dept

If you believe that you have been banned for no reason then please get in touch with us using
Complaints Dept

All ravenzradio Rules obviously apply to Shoutbox use and MUST be followed!
